Or any collection bulk capability. I've got a set of templated "todos" for every user of a certain type. Every time a new object gets created associated with the user for that type it has to go through all of the associated template records and create the actual todos for the user. Currently using the timer, yada yada, but such a hack.

You can do this now using a countdown timer and a custom list.
