Allow application cloning of applications

This could be used to allow Adalo developers to sell access to software as a service, creating instances of an application on demand. It would, of course need to be paired with billing for these "customer of customer" accounts.

Jeremy Blalock (Adalo): I did, yes. That isn't what I was talking about.

My suggestion is for it to possible for me to create a clone of one of my apps from within another app. This should be created into a sub-account which would have a cost. This way, Adalo users could implement multiple instances of their apps for multiple customers, growing a business for them and growing Adalo's revenue as well.
