I agree. Forums are sooo 2 decades ago. I have searched the forum and documentation. Nothing. Perhaps a chat system? Genius bar? ... issues could be addressed in 5-10 minutes. I would think they would value our app goals as their own. Adalo has a good product and great people. Why not better support? I submitted a ticket, and have been waiting weeks. Not, 48 hours as advertised. Still, zero response.

I agree whole heartedly. I'm a novice. My only fix was to complain/question directly on the adalo FB page. Even then, response time was 24hrs and at best 12-16hrs afterwords. So I had to hire help from someone more versed in the product. Although, paying for access and getting zero phone or email support is kinda crazy.

This needs to be upvoted 10000x. Even for paid customers, this feature is non-existent. There is a support email that I've contacted 5+ times with ZERO response. This is unacceptable as a paid customer. Paying customers need a support team that will resolve issues in a reasonable amount of time. Until this is implemented, I am not renewing my paid subscription because I can't even compile a working build and no one seems to care.
