Add the ability to create horizontal and vertical menus.

We need to be able to build menus such as: 
Right side panel: sucks because when you lock on place it floats over top of everything (so this one is impossible to build without a headache).  
Top Menu: easy to build, but no option to have extend my “list” more than 4 columns. Also sucks when you need child menus associated to the parent menu.
