Audio player-hide progress bar

Hello,
the audio player component is greatly customizable, except for the ability to on/off the progress bar.
I would like to hide the progress bar so that I only have one simple "play" icon to display.

I was able to hide it by putting a square over the top of it but it does not always line up correctly. I would prefer the ability to move all the elements around. For Live audio, the progress bar makes no sense.
