Will there be an ability to have limitations to the uploaded videos?
Like, time restraints, size, resolution etc?
Just so I don't have a user upload a Blue-ray movie and wipe out my data lol
Or if I wanted to create Vine 2.0 I could limit to 6 second videos etc?

I will use this to allow people currently court ordered to go to a clinic everyday to take meds to instead video record themselves taking their meds.
